Hospice of Frederick County is offering a book review on Tuesday, December 4th from 3:00 to 4:00 pm. The book title: Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life is by Karen Armstrong. Please join us for this open forum discussion. The book discusses concrete ways of enhancing our compassion and putting it into action in our everyday lives. The author makes clear that a compassionate life is not just a matter of only heart or mind but a deliberate and often life-altering commingling of the two.
